I was so impressed with my experience with Stephanie!!! I had told her I was considering the idea of moving into town from the country when I was talking with her one day. A short time later Stephanie contacted me right away to look at a house that came on the market she thought I would like. She got me a tour scheduled and boy did I ever fall in love with the house!! It was recently remodeled and in a great location. It was everything I didn’t know I needed. Stephanie got to work right away and negotiated a lower price with the sellers for me. She got the deal done quickly and efficiently and I was so excited to move to town and knew it was the right time because she found me a perfect house!! After Stephanie found me my dream home, she got started right away on getting my old home listed and sold. She did an outstanding job getting photos of my property, listing it on social media, scheduling an open house and doing showings. She worked very hard to find the right buyers and negotiated through a contingent offer as well as repair issues that came up on inspections.
